ABOUT TRACEY KNOTT
Tracey has a desire to help others reach their personal health and fitness goals. He has always had a passion for fitness but has taken the next step to turn his hobby into his business. His goal is to motivate and encourage others towards a more positive, healthy and active lifestyle through physical fitness.
Along with owning and running Knott Playing Fitness ™, Tracey is also a New York State Court Officer. He has been employed in the White Plains Courts for 14 years. Tracey has been a W.I.T.S. Certified Personal Trainer for four years and not only does he have the knowledge of health and fitness, he is by far one of the most passionate, inspirational and motivational people you will ever meet.
