This 2 hr workout is the Cardio/Ab Routine Class along with outside track and trail running. This class will help you to reach your fitness goals even faster. Running is not only good for your heart and endurance, it's also a huge fat burner. With dedication, pounds and unwanted fat will fall off in 4-6 weeks of training (results may vary).
